Returns Policy

We are introducing our fitting initiative BFD (buy it, fit it and decide) which allows you to get what you want and fit them at your own time and place. If you are not happy with your purchase you can easily return them as a change of mind. We understand the issue which we usually face when buying clothes online and we want you to shop with confidence so we've relaxed the returns policy to include all items and this is including the ones ON SALE!

You may return all new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping cost). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We are checking all of your items before shipping but if you believe that you receive one with a defect, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper.

Before returning an item for a change of mind, please check to see whether it meets the following conditions:

  • Return is made within 14 days of receiving your orders
  • Items must be unworn or in their original condition and are in saleable conditions, that is it is unworn or unused with all original sealed packaging or tags attached and where the product seal is not broken or tampered
  • You are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase
  • Gift Cards or vouchers purchased will be offered a full balance to their account for their next purchase

Please note that services cost of shipping and gift wrapping are non-refundable for change of mind returns

The refund payment method will be the same as the purchased method.

Shipping

We can ship to any address in Australia and New Zealand. We are also happy to arrange a pick up from our home in Melbourne if you wish so. Please contact us for a pickup address and time. This is the same method for return items

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. In most cases, the time is less than 5 business days and the shipping cost is fixed at $9.2. We are offering FREE SHIPPING when your total order is over $119

For return items shipping costs need to be covered by our customer unless the return was due to a faulty item or defect not caused by the customer. Another alternative is you can drop the item by yourself to our address in Melbourne available upon request.
